We want you to enjoy the items you purchase from StopSmartTVS.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are complete and unopened within 10 days of receipt. You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department. All returns with out an RA# will be refused.
UPC codes must be intact and rebate forms unfilled. The serial number must match the serial number shipped.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways. Any order that was shipped and then cancelled or refused is subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as shipping charges both ways.
All refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
Please do not mark the original manufacturer's box with any writing. Be sure to write your return authorization on the outside box. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. StopSmartTVS.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Upon recieveal of the returned merchandise and once everyhting is inspected and in perfect condition. A refund will be issued to the original credit card or the original form of payment.

Non-Returnable items include the following: Televisions, appliances (including Microwaves & Air conditioners) , receivers, home theater, projectors, special order merchandise & audio equipment. Any returns which display signs of 'customer imposed damage' are non returnable. If returned, the item will be immediately photographed for company evidence and rejected as a return. The item will then be shipped back to the customer, at the customers own expense. If applicable, the manager may decide on a restocking fee and re-sell the item in its current condition. In addition all extended warranties are not cancellable.
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor/Large Appliances and Fitness Policies
For Televisions Large Appliances and Fitness equipment our standard shipping is curbside.However we do have White Glove delivery available for an additional fee. It includes delivery into your home, inspection and plugging into an electrical outlet. It does not include assembly or any type of installation. White Glove delivery allows you to inspect your equipment for any damages and defects before accepting delivery.
Televisions, Large appliance and Fitness equipment purchases are special orders and cannot be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route. TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitors and Large Appliance orders come with full Manufacturer's Warranties. Most include in-home service.
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitors and Large Appliances are not returnable to StopSmartTVS.com. If initially defective they must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician. StopSmartTVS.com can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Technician.
Upon delivery, it is the consumer's sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/ Monitor/Large Appliances to insure that it is not physically damaged.
We make every effort to pack your items securely and use reputable shipping companies. It is rare that damages occur.
DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor. Once the consignee signs for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product physically as is and CANNOT refute the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward. If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage. Please note all original packaging must be kept in order to file a claim.
If you are refusing the delivery of an undamaged TV or appliance, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Shipping charges are $200-$500 each way, depending on the size of the item. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
If your television or appliance does arrive damaged please contact our customer service department immediately at 877-409-4220 ext. 2 so that we can arrange for a replacement to be shipped out. Please note that all televisions with 6 or less dead pixels is industry standard for all manufacturer's. There will be no refunds or exchanges for television with 6 or less dead pixels. If a TV or an appliance is shipped to a freight forwarder and signed by the freight forwarder as received with no claims, StopSmartTVS.com is not responsible for the TV at that point. All claims must be filed with your freight forwarder.
Oversize Shipping Policies
Due to the delicate nature of certain products you may be contacted for additional freight or insurance charges depending on where the customer lives.
Please note once an order is billed, StopSmartTVS.com reserves the right to charge a processing fee that varies on the type of the card used if you cancel your order prior to shipping. The fees vary from 2.5% to 3.5%. These amounts will de deducted from your refund.
