You can order online any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our easy to navigate website. Simply add the item to your cart and continue with secure checkout by following the instructions and filling out your information. You can also place your order by phone with our well informed staff.

Allow 24-48 hours processing. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. No orders will be shipped verification cannot be confirmed. 

Any order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through StopSmartTVS.com does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve  the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than quantity ordered at any time.

StopSmartTVS.com  cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event of a pricing error, we may refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. We will notify you of any cancellations. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or discontinue with or without notice.  Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law.  Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise offered.  They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason.  Only one promotional code can be applied per order. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note once an order is billed, StopSmartTVS.com reserves the right to charge a processing fee that varies on the type of the card used if you cancel your order prior to shipping. The fees vary from 2.5% to 3.5%. These amounts will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations via email will only be accepted prior to shipping. StopSmartTVS.com must confirm via email that the order is cancelled. Your order is only confirmed cancelled when you receive an email back from confirming the cancellation. If you order was cancelled prior to shipping you will not pay freight or any restocking fee. If you order has shipped it cannot be cancelled (it may be returned once received) and you will be charged inbound/outbound freight and a restocking fee.
